Omnisity rely heavily on their domain/network for email and internet access, and most importantly for marketing campaigns for themselves and their clients. One of the servers had become unreliable and was freezing at random intervals.
This situation was unacceptable as it could easily impact the success of any marketing campaigns.
The server had been in place for several years and had various programs installed over that time.
